Hello!
I am a student in my later years at the university, and I have recently taken up a private rental contract.
Consequently, I have a 42 week contract for a Premium Range Studio flat at Unite Students Sugarhouse Close from 6th September…
The studio is entirely self contained with an ensuite bathroom, and incudes a 3/4 bed, plenty of storage, a kitchen area with a fridge, freezer, hob and combi-oven, as well as a study area.
The cost is inclusive of all bills including fast wifi, and the site has laundry and communal facilities.
The studio is on the top (4th) floor of the building, right on the Royal Mile and is just a two minute walk from Holyrood Palace and University gym, and within walking distance of central campus, upper old town, and new town shopping.
The studio is £334 per week for a total of £14,028 for the full 42 weeks, and I have linked the site website below. As I currently hold the contract, I am able to transfer with the help of the site staff over email.
