It is a private accomodation called IQ city London with the closest tube station being Barbican (zone 1 and 8 minute walk). The rent is 447 pounds a week with the tenancy being from now (ASAP) until 11/07/2026
The room is the bronze ensuite room which has just been fully refurbished! It's a lovely private space with your own bathroom included! There is a shared kitchen area with flatmates. The room is on the 6th floor with a nice floor to ceiling window and far away from the kitchen so no need to worry about noise levels! It comes with plenty of storage spaces (over the bed, shelves above the desk, wardrobe), large desk, study chair, small double bed, nicely sized bathroom, full length mirror.
The building also has lovely common spaces, study rooms, outdoor courtyard, gym, cinema room, karaoke room, private dining kitchens which is great to invite your flatmates or friends.
