Hello,
We are a respectful couple looking for a 1–2 bedroom property to rent in Brighton. Having lived in the city for over six years, we’re now hoping to find a long-term home where we can feel settled.
About us:
One of us is disabled and receives Personal Independence Payment (PIP), guaranteed until 2027 (documentation available).
My partner is my full-time carer.
Active in the community through volunteering g with local queer charities.
Starting an adult course at Brighton MET this September.
Tidy, reliable, and with an excellent renting history.
What we’re looking for:
1–2 bedroom flat or house, unfurnished or part-furnished
Budget ideally up to £1,100 pcm (maximum £1,200)
Available to move immediately
We’re responsible tenants who pay rent on time and take good care of our home. Despite challenges in the market, we’re looking for an ethical landlord who values fairness, respect, and reliability.
