Family looking for 2/3 bed property liverpool

Hi, me and my husband, 8 month old (also pregnant again) a looking for a more permanent home for our young family to grow. We currently live seperatly in warrington due to current living situation, but looking to relocate to my original hometown liverpool to be closer to family.

Ideally would love West derby, Huyton, page moss, Stockbridge village sort of area but will consider most of liverpool.

My partner is a self employed personal trainer, I am currently on PIP and uc due to a few health issues. We would need to be applying for housing benefit for a temporary period till my husband gets established in that area. Ideally we are looking around £500-£900 (i will top up what benefits don't cover as we are desperate to get out of our current place due to loud neighbours and mould issues which is currently making us sick)

We have a 2 year old German shepard x staff (more staffy size) who is well behaved inside and outside (although she does bark occasionally at the postman who she loves and gets excited for) Happy for any potential homes to meet her before hand so you can see her temperament.

Ideally needing a 2 bed but happy to take a 3 bed, garden needed, We aren't party people, we keep to ourselves, keep a clean and tidy home. We just really want our little family to have a more forever home.
