Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

Security Deposit:
For stays up to 5 nights, a refundable deposit of £350 is required.
For stays longer than 5 nights, the refundable deposit is £500.
You will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage and all house rules have been followed.
