For stays longer than 5 nights, the refundable deposit is £350.

You will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage and all house rules have been followed.

Skip the deposit and relax knowing you’re covered with a one-time protection fee. This small fee provides coverage during your stay—no forms, no waiting for refunds. The cost depends on the length of your stay.
