3-bed house available for rent in Littleport (9 minutes north of Ely).
New built, we were the first occupiers. This was a temporary accommodation for us, we moved in on June 12. Our original contract was for 6 months but our new house has been finished earlier than anticipated and we are ready to move out.
Our current contract is until December 12, 2025 but we will have the house available from October 12, 2025.
Minimum length of stay – 2 months (by transferring our current contract). You can opt to stay beyond the 2 months if you would like to.
Monthly rent is £1400. We are willing to provide £500 as an incentive for someone to continue in our contract until December so effectively, the monthly rent for the 2 months will be £1150 per month.
