desperately needing a 2 or 3 bedroomed house or flat to rent in the south tyneside area or sunderland area. would be moving in with my partner and son.
partner works full time
i work part time
i have bond money and rent in advance available as soon as possible
currently in one bedroomed council flat currently on the register but in band 3 and have no chance of gaining a property when x amount of people are before me my son hasn’t got a room and is sleeping in a travel cot due to lack of space for a bed for him. Have spoken to councillors, MPs, and i can’t get any further. Need some more space for my babies future.
