• Maintaining gardens, lawn mowing, trimming hedges
• Removing rubbish, and occasionally carrying out cleaning tasks when there is a tenant changeover
• Assembling furniture, changing locks, and all general maintenance around a residential property
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep properties in top condition.
• Coordinate with tenants to arrange access and ensure minimal disruption during works.
• Liaise with management to escalate jobs requiring specialist contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards.
• Occasionally assist with property refurbishments, void works, and small-scale upgrades.

Requirements
• Proven experience in general property maintenance, handyman work, or building trades.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, carpentry, and decorating.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills when dealing with tenants and colleagues.
• Full UK driving licence (company van/tools may be provided).
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills
• Experience working within residential lettings or property management.
• Multi-trade background with ability to turn hands to a wide range of repairs

What We Offer
• Competitive salary
• Company van, fuel allowance, and tools provided.
• Full-time, stable employment with a growing property company.
• Opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of homes.
• Supportive and professional working environment.
