An en-suite student unit in central Liverpool, Everton. A leasehold with 237 years left on the lease, ground rent 150 per annum. Direct sale - I am the leaseholder. Very good amenities, shops 1-2 minutes walk, gym, bus links, parking space in front of building. Has been rent continuously since purchase. Original sale price 39900 (in 2013). Sold vacant, but I could sign a tenant at 640/month (incl bills). I am looking for offers that reflect that. I am looking for a quick sale as I need cash for a time-sensitive investment closer to home. I do not live in Liverpool and can't manage this very well remotely anyway. Viewings would be complicated as I am almost never in Liverpool, though I left keys with a local agent so we could use them to view. They valued it at high 40s low 50s, but we would both save money on a direct sale so I am willing to sell in the mid-to-low 40s. 40000 is the guide price, but I will consider all reasonable offers.
