Welcome to my profile. I'm delighted that you are ready to start on a journey towards healthier relationships with yourself and others. I am here to support you every steps of the way by facilitating a space for growth, healing, and transformation.

My name is Corinne Lukomski. I have been practicing as a clinical psychologist for 25 years. I live in the Southwest of England, near Dorchester. I work with clients face to face and remotely with Zoom.
I work with any kind of relationship (couple, parents, sibling, colleague...) and on a variety of issues, such as communication, new parenthood, conflict, intimacy, affairs etc...
My therapeutic approach is informed by the Relational Life Therapy model (RLT) developed by Terry Real, world renowned couple therapist.
One of the RLT saying is that relationship therapy usually equips people with skills. RLT on the other hand deals with the part of you that turns away from those skills when you need them most.
In other words, RLT therapy goes deeper than most relationship therapy. During the sessions we explore early attachments and how those inform the way you show up in your current relationships. This awareness will help you understand why you do what you do during times of stress and conflict. With tools and accessible practices you'll be able to shift your behaviour towards more thoughtful and considered responses. Over time this can only lead to more positive and fulfilling interactions.
RLT opens up new avenues to unlock the secrets of sustained intimacy through communication, self-discovery, and love.

Been so easy to work with and has made a major impact in our relationship and also more aware of our coping mechanisms and how we react and the implications of this not only on ourselves but each other and those around us. We can not thank Corinne enough for working with us. From the start when we both believed our relationship was over but started the journey to be able to be in each other's company civilly for the kids to us now being fully back together as a couple and more in love than ever has been such an amazing experience. We both have felt we have both been focused on individually as well as a couple helping us battle things from our own past traumas and individually feel a lot more aware of why and how we do the things we do now and having thay impact to make our relationship the best it's ever been! Personally I feel we both have grown so much together and individually as a person which in turn has had a better impact on both our mental health's. We started this journey as a last hope for us and I have never been so grateful to have took that hard step to reach out and admit we need the help and I am forever grateful we found Corinne and took that leap and had faith in her expertise to have us where we are today happy, loved and in a better place physically, mentally and most importantly emotionally. I would 100% recommend to anyone out there who is struggling feeling that there's no light at the end of the tunnel to take that leap that we did as our life has never been more brighter than it is now! Well what can I say, I was apprehensive about how well counselling would work for me a year ago, but Corrine goes above and beyond for clients, she is not afraid to use her own personal stories for comfort/explanations. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re being judged or analysed. She just cares and you can really feel that from her. She has really changed my life.

They say you have to "kiss a few frogs" before you find one that works for you. I'd tried a few therapists over a period of two years, and never managed to find one that clicked. Corinne came as a reccomendation from a friend which is always a good sign. I'm six months in to my therapy journey and the experience really has been life changing. I feel a deep care from Corinne and she is always very honest with how she communicates. My sessions regularly run over the prescribed time, but they're always allowed to end naturally instead of a "time is up" approach that I've had before.

Our sessions with Corrine have been incredibly beneficiat. She has made us feel at ease when duacussing our personal issues and helped us identify childhood traumas and how to navigate through that.
