I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist based in Chelsea, London and in Leigh on Sea, Essex. I see clients in person and online, and I offer one to four sessions per week, depending on what is needed.

The people I work with often look successful on the outside, they may be thriving professionally, admired for what they have achieved, or seen as having it all together. But privately, they struggle with different realities.

Some grew up with parents who were neglectful or overbearing, and as adults they carry the weight of those early experiences, never quite feeling at home in themselves or in the world.

Many feel lonely, rootless, or unsure of who they really are, even when surrounded by people.

Others find themselves repeating painful patterns in relationships, struggling with intimacy, feeling unseen, or trapped in dynamics that do not work.
