Impressive large cast stone heraldic lion statue, standing approximately 80cm tall.
A fantastic statement piece featuring a seated lion holding a large decorative shield with crown and heraldic detailing. The statue has developed a lovely weathered finish and patina, giving it plenty of character and an aged appearance.
This is an extremely heavy and substantial piece, not one of the lightweight modern garden ornaments. Ideal for either side of an entrance, driveway, garden, patio or as an architectural feature.
Good overall vintage/weathered condition with marks, colour variation and surface weathering consistent with outdoor use and age – please see pictures.
