At first, I was nervous when I saw a small crew of ladies pull up. At the end of the clean I looked really silly as they did a beyond excellent job. Nosh was super professional - got the job done, and got it done well. She cross-referenced the check-in reports and let me know what I needed to be aware of to get my deposit back/speak with the landlord on. Pricing is far more competitive than like-services and the owner actually listens to what you want and need. Excellent customer service values in this company. I will be using them for every end-of-tenancy move going forward. Please do not hesitate to use them - they are a small company that actually does a good job unlike some of their larger competitors that will not take personal interest for a higher price. No need to look elsewhere! P.S. They are super fast too!

I would like to say a big thank you to nosh and her team. They did end of tenancy and sorting our garden out. Our vanity report has came back 100% positive. We have got our deposit first time! Very accommodating when they came for an end of tenancy clean as we were running quite late with moving out. However, it's been more than a week and I'm still waiting for the receipt to pass on to the letting agency. Sent two follow up mails with no response. Will change my review once receipt is received
