We are a thriving small business with background in commercial groundworks and construction projects. This give us a great deal of knowledge of the best practices, building regulations and even limits of the properties of many standard building materials. This ensures we always give the right advice on the foundations of the build, whether that's a two-storey extension or a split level patio, your job will be constructed properly.

As so many of our happy customers asked us if we could build them a solid garden after their extension we branched out into that about 15 years ago. We now supply and fit all sorts of timber products; FENCING, DECKING, SHEDS & GATES.

Remember though our great skills in construction make domestic BLOCK PAVING DRIVEWAYS a great match for our men. You need a quality sub base for a driveway and we know what we are doing. The same applies to PATIOS & ARTIFICIAL GRASS. All are much better with a solid sub base. So contact us. Our quotes and design are both free.

Jim created the garage conversion we asked for, working to the budget we gave him, to the arranged timescale, and we are very pleased with the result. He dealt with Building control and was very knowledgeable about all the regulations and building materials required .

A friendly and helpful team ,but the job estimated for one week is still not complete 5 weeks later. The bath and shower both leaked, causing damage to the room beneath. the bathroom cabinets were incorrectly installed and the overall finish poor. A huge disappointment.

I did not intend to leave a review however I thought it important to clarify after the response to the last review. The cabinate problems are not with the cabinates themselves but rather with the plumbing, which leaked so badly it damaged the ceiling below and was installed by GHS. This is a new ceiling which had to be put up because of the previous leak GHS created by putting a screw through a pipe. The bath leaked enough to drip through to the floor below. After they replaced the waste it still leaked. To be absolutely clear as of the last fix it was still leaking profusely. Not dripping. Leaking. The bathroom finish is appalling and includes holes in the walls and unfinished plastering. The main power was on for the first three weeks of a two week job.

Jim and co did a great job with our garage conversion. Largely I was able to just leave them to it. They were clear in communication, did what they said they would do and dealt well with a few issues that cropped up. Would definitely recommend.
