I wouldn't recommend. I was told I'd get two cleaners and they would spend 4/5 hours cleaning, depending on how dirty the place was. And that they would attempt to clean the mould from around the windows. They provided me a time of 10am. The day before I get a text asking if they can come at 08:30am which I agree to. The cleaner is an hour late. There is only one and not two. She's rushing due to her being late. I showed her where the mould is and she said she would try to get rid of it but she didn't. She made a comment about how dusty my bathroom was which I found rude and unprofessional. I paid £125 assuming I was getting two cleaners for 4/5 hours. But it was one cleaner for 3 hours. She said she's self employed and charges £16 an hour and only does up to 3 hours. That comes to £48.00. So why did I pay an additional £77.00? She didn't do a deep clean. Nothing extra. She normal, hoovered the carpets and mopped the hard floors. She wiped the inside of the fridge freezer. I thought I was getting more for my money and that didn't happen. The job she did was o.k but not as thoroughly as I'd have liked it. But again, she was rushing to leave. I think that impacted her work. I would have cleaned the mould around the windows if I knew she wasn't going to bother. Depending on how good this job was going to go, I was gonna book them to clean my new place once a month. But now I'm not. I'm gonna go elsewhere.
