I can’t recommend Richard highly enough! He responded to my request immediately and arrived promptly, even though it was at unsociable hours. From start to finish, he was polite, diligent, and incredibly knowledgeable. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The quality of his work really reflects the pride he takes in what he does. On top of that, his pricing was more than fair, especially given the timing of the call out. An honest, reliable professional who truly knows his craft. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again!
