OTM did a full bathroom refurbishment. Lotfi was able to arrange the work surprisingly quickly and the work was carried out efficiently and well. Lotfi was very easy to deal with, accommodated my needs and requests, and kept me informed as the job went on.

Lotfi and his team refurbished 2 bathrooms for us. From the beginning communication was excellent. They did a a high quality job exceeding my expectations. They were flexible. respectful of our property and cleaned up after. I got several quotes and they were comparable to other companies. I would use them again and recommend to family and friends.

We are first time homeowners and knew nothing home renovations. Lotfi and his team helped us thtough a big project renovating our entire flat, including full bathroom reset, knocking down an internal wall, changing floors, doors and radiators and lots of other little things. Lots of attention to detail, and suggested some really good ideas which we took on board. The fees outlined at the outset are what we ended up paying. Communication was very good overall with regular updates. Highly recommended.
