JAY WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY POSTING, AND CAME BACK WITH A VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE QUOTATION.
HE WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB THE SAME DAY, AND WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND IMMEDIATELY SET ABOUT REPLACING MY OUTSIDE SECURITY LIGHT FIXTURE.
JAY'S ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, AND HE CHECKED EVERY ASPECT WITH ME BEFORE CONTINUING. THE RESULTING INSTALLATION WAS FIRST CLASS, AND EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. OUT OF INTEREST, I ASKED JAY IF HE WOULD LOOK AT MY 26 YEAR OLD CONSUMER UNIT, AS I HAD BEEN WONDERING IF IT WAS STILL UP TO STANDARD AFTER CHECKING THE UNIT, JAY ASSURED ME THAT IT DID NOT NEED UPGRADING, AND WAS DEFINATELY OK. IF HE HAD TOLD ME THAT IT NEEDED REPLACING, THEN I WOULD HAVE TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD, IN OTHER WORDS, HE DID NOT SUGGEST CARRYING OUT UNECESSARY WORK.
