Very bad experience ! STAY WELL AWAY. It should be noted that Yusef has had court action taken against him for trying to rip a customer off- do your research Useless Yusef and colleague He brought a man who could not lift or barely walk to assist him with moving a range cooker and installing a new one. This resulted in the man watching the TV and me assisting Yusef to fit the cooker into the space. At one stage Yusef advised me that he charges an additional £75 per hour and that this cost would be necessary as the cooker hose (3ft) was not long enough and he would have to go to source one (£20.) . Having persuaded him to try the existing hose Bobs your uncle this fitted?? During the time of visit Usef and his colleague wasted time standing around . It was like a game of cat and mouse. He did not have a trolley to move the cooker though the job was explained to him prior to the visit, so wet the floor with the mop to slide the cooker. At one stage whilst trying to lift the cooker into the extension he nearly slipped??. I then had to dry the floor. He did not take the cooker from the front garden as his partner could not lift as it was health and safety??? YUsef wanted me to then give him £230?? I reluctantly gave him £180 and still have a cooker in the front yard and the other one not fully installed.
