Description
My name is Trevor Jenkins and I trade as PLC Maintenance offering services to private clients, landlords and letting agents. Over the past four years I have been working with a number of letting agents providing a facility to carry out small works in rental properties. These include, but are not limited to :
• Fixing a leaking toilet/sink
• Hanging cupboards/doors
• Corrugated roofing
• Putting up curtain poles
• Clearing guttering
• Repairing fences
• Garden services
• Fitting smoke/carbon monoxide alarms
• Changing electric sockets and switches
• Replacing leaking silicone around baths and showers
• Dealing with mould
• Painting and decorating
• Replacing broken door handles, locks and hinges
• Replacing broken light fittings
The nature of the tasks I undertake enables me to provide a prompt, efficient and reliable service, often at short notice. I can also liaise directly with tenants to arrange mutually convenient times/dates for access.
