Slavic did an amazing job and went above and beyond what we asked! He responded very quickly to my messages and was able to come within the same day I messaged, to get the jobs done! From the very first conversation, Slawek and the team at General Handyman Services impressed us. Slawek reached out promptly after we posted our job on MyJobQuote, took the time to go through everything in detail, and it was clear from the start that he genuinely cared about getting the job right. Work began in March and within three weeks we had a brand new bathroom, a fantastic turnaround. There was a short delay waiting for a bespoke piece of glass for our shower, but that was completely outside of the team's control. Throughout the entire project, they were reliable, professional and consistent. Communication was excellent. Slawek set up a WhatsApp group which made everything fast and easy, and he was always just a call or message away whenever we had a question. He walked us through every stage of the process and offered genuinely helpful advice on everything we needed to order, making sure it all worked together and made the best use of our space. There were a couple of minor challenges along the way, including matching the external wall finish after a window replacement, but Slawek and the team addressed everything promptly and made sure we were happy with the result. That kind of attitude, owning an issue and fixing it properly, says a lot about the quality of a contractor. We absolutely love our new bathroom and are already planning to bring General Handyman Services back to redo our downstairs toilet.
