Highly professional company. Surveyor arrived when he said. Told him wanted I would like doing. Checked loft out and said no problem, better than some others who wanted to do their own thing. Quote sent through quickly detailing exactly what they would do. Fitters arrived on time. Completed work to a high standard. Repeatedly checked with me that what they were doing was what I wanted. Vacuumed up when they finished, would not even know they had been here. Would highly recommend this firm

Very polite and, friendly. The team led by Andy were tidy and provided covers over our carpets. Efficent and tidied up afterwards. Communicated using email and phone with both Kirsty and Dean both of whom were very helpful.

The team at Next Generation Insulation have just completed on a new roof for me, an excellent job by Dean, Andy, David and Kyle. Not forgetting Kirsty in the office keeping things ticking over . All have worked super hard and delivered excellent service. Hard working, and keeping me well informed throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each shift and I fully recommend the company. Good value, a competent workforce.

From initial contact to final signing off, the team at Next Generation Insulation were thoroughly professional. Dean came the day after initial contact and went through every aspect of the work required, put my mind at rest about a different quote I had requested and provided a reasonable estimate for the work envisioned. The installers Andy, David and Kyle are efficient, friendly and totally trust-worthy. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up when it was necessary. Kirsty (in the office) was especially kind in keeping me well informed. All worked super hard and delivered an excellent service and so I can fully recommend this company.

I live in an old cottage and called out Next Generation to look at removing the spray foam I had in the loft. They gave a very thorough assessment of the work involved and the cost and time frame, which I accepted. After a short while Next Gen discovered that there the water proof membrane below the roof tiles was disintegrating and the one of the purlin supporting the roof had almost rotted away and needed to be replaced. They could have ignored these problems and just removed the spray foam, but thankfully they didn't. The work required to sort these problems out was quite extensive and Next Gen gave me priority in getting the work done which took a couple of weeks. They did the work at the revised price and on time and the men involved were extremely friendly and tidy. I would highly recommend Next Generation.
