Description
For sale I have this potted Willow sapling that is now about 70cm tall.
Now is the time to get trees in the ground so they are ready for full growth in the spring!
Willows are excellent at sucking up moisture - so if you have a boggy patch in your garden, a willow is an ideal way to reduce the water
level in that area and can even tolerate a site that is permanently waterlogged!
This is a deciduous tree, so bright green leaves in the summer which are shed each autumn. It is also perfect for hedging.
Be aware that these very tiny saplings can grow into very large trees over time. I'd expect this to reach 4m high in about six years.
