Knight K6 upright piano lovely Oak quarter sawn solid panels *celeste quiet practice function'

This is a high quality piano from one of Englands finest makers. From a golden era of craftmanship for these. Model K6 which is the 'little brother' of the K10 flagship model. Both use the same design (heavy duty iron frame for stability) and quality of materials/ mechanism. Just the K6 is a more compact version (the K10 is an expanded version for more bass depth - based on the original founding K6 model).

Its in decent condition internally. Has a sweet sonorous tone to the treble. The action plays with a light touch. Has a celeste function practice lever for quiet practice which is normally the third (middle) pedal on an upright. Its operated via a lever under the left of the fallboard. Not sure if it was an extra factory option or retro fitted (latter most likely).

Has been recently tuned to concert pitch and is all in good working order. Also has decent brass castors for wheeling it about short distances.
