Description

My education includes a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's in engineering. Until recently I was employed as a spacecraft controller with the European Space Agency at their centre in Darmstadt, Germany. I have tutored underprivileged children with the charity Action Tutoring, where my tutoring style has been described as 'enthusiastic and patient.' Now I am tutoring students from teenagers to middle-aged and from GCSE to degree level. I am flexible with respect to days and times for lessons.

Great subject knowledge and put my son at ease from day one. Very approachable and easy do do business with. We found it very hard to find Alevel further maths tutor. However Stephen has come up trumps.

My son has only had one lesson so far, he enjoyed it and is looking forward to his next. He was a bit unsure about online learning because he struggled with it in the pandemic while studying for GCSE’s but he got on well with Stephen and I was pleasantly surprised.

I have taken 16 classes (mixture of Maths and Physics) with Steve so far and I am very happy with how things are progressing. Steve is a very knowledgeable, patient, and very Polite person. I expect to carry on using Steve's services for the long term. Highly recommend Steve as a Tutor.
