Electronic Leak Detection & Integrity Tests

Trojan has more experience in Electronic Leak Detection than any other company in the UK. We have done over 1000 surveys on flat roofs and continue to do more. We can find the leaks in your roof and assess what condition it is in and the best course of action.

Or, if the roof is brand new, we can test it to ensure the roof is free from any holes or penetrations and help you sign the roof off and get your guarantee.

Roof Condition Surveys

These are fully independent surveys where we can tell you any issues with your roof, we can take core samples and moisture probes of the roof deck to see whether or not it is saturated.

Roof Technician Surveys

We are also able to independently survey roofs and measure up the areas for clients, without the hassle and time of you going and doing it yourself.

Car Park Surveys

With our Electronic Leak Detection kit, we are able to test car parks and see where there are holes as well as weak points in the membrane that is used.

Thermal Imaging Surveys

Trojan uses Thermal Imaging cameras for multiple uses, these can be small residential houses to see where a homeowner may be losing insulation, or where a leak is coming from. As well as large commercial buildings and roofs to see how saturated the insulation is in certain areas. This can help to save time and money without having to be invasive to the buildings or roofs.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Trojan works on a lot of roofs and we often see a lot of solar panels on the roofs, which are in poor condition and need a good clean and service. Just by regularly cleaning a solar panel every few months can drastically improve the amount of energy that it can use and thus saving you money.

Drone Surveys

Trojan have been surveying multiple buildings and roofs with drones, as they are very useful, especially on buildings where you would need scaffolding or a cherry picker to access the roof.

We also are offering companies the chance to take progress pictures/videos of their projects, from beginning to end. Many customers use our footage for advertising and so they can look back on a project and see what work was done.
