I’ll cut to the chase. My prices are super affordable. You can expect to pay between £500 and £1,200.
If you’re in Cousldon or Surrey, my prices reflect that. For instance, I recently photographed a wedding on the Easter weekend at Surrey National Golf Club. They hired me from getting ready at 10 am to the first dance at 8 pm, and it all cost them £850, including the video!
WHAT’S NEEDED TO BOOK YOU?
I believe trust works both ways. Most wedding photographers expect a deposit and the full payment before the wedding day.
I’ve heard so many stories about people waiting over three months for their pictures, and that’s crazy!
This isn’t me. I do take a deposit of £100, but the final amount is due once you receive the pictures that night. Once you have seen your pictures (all cropped & colour corrected) I then airdrop them to your iPhone, I also send you a downloadable link via WeTransfer. This is when my payment is due. A little tip for you, I will show you a slide show, it takes about a second a picture so all in all about 5mins to view the set, just ignore anyone whilst you look!
Want to see an example set of images to give you some idea of what to expect, just ask, its roughly between 300-400 pictures depending on the amount of people attending the wedding.
Please be super organised and think about all the family and posed pictures you’d like. Then, find someone who knows everyone so that while I’m posing one group up, they can get the next ready. It’ll be like a conveyor belt! Haha!
I’m not a big fan of taking pictures when everyone’s sitting down to eat. That’s my time to edit. I don’t expect a meal to be included, but I’d really appreciate a bowl of chips and a couple of full-fat cokes to keep my energy up! My cameras are always ready for the action, speeches, cake cutting, or any other surprises. As you can imagine, being a Royal photographer, I have many lenses, so I don’t need to be right next to the subject to get great shots. People often say, ‘I didn’t see him take that picture.’
A little about the video
As I mentioned, I’ll be recording your wedding ceremony for free. I set up a tripod with my camera and let it roll. I’ll move it around a bit to capture important moments like the signing of the certificate and your walk down the aisle. If you’d like me to record your speeches and first dance, just let me know. As long as my stomach is full with chips ;-)
