SCANIA V8 143 500 STREAMLINE

Extremely reluctant sale of my 143. Purchased 9 years ago as a standard truck and in Excellent and unrestored condition.

As you can imagine have spent thousands to get it to how it looks today. All custom work was carried out by Tranztech including full Leather Cab re-trim with TruckMax straight through exhaust. A completely rust free example never needing any welding and using genuine Scania parts wherever and when ever possible.

The truck is a Swiss import (Left Hand Drive) and was believed to be with the same company for some 20 years. Manufactured in Sweden in 1995 and left the factory with all the options including 500ps EDC Motor, GRS900 gearbox, Scania Retarder, Air Conditioning, 3.6 mtr wheelbase, Autolube Chassis Greasing, Rear Air Suspension, Drivers and Passengers Air Seats, Electric Windows , Alcoa Alloy wheels and Cab supplied without Air Kit. Fitted with a low height fifth wheel to keep the overall height below 4 mtrs for the swiss market and plated at 40 tonnes.

Showing 869482 KMs and believed genuine. I have only covered approx 3000 KMS in the last 9 years and that is purley show work. Had a full service completed in September 24 and done 100kms since. Please see photos to see extensive work carried out including Twin Fuel Tanks with Tool box, Full straight through TruckMax exhaust, Custom one off Lights bars built by Tranztech, Full Leather Interior also by Tranztech.I have 2 stets of keys and all the invoices for the work I had carried out including all the parts invoices from Truckest. I also have the original Manuals and lots of other paperwork.

I have NOT Motd the truck for a few years as I have been taxing it as a Showmans vehicle purley as it does 2-300 kms a year and obviously taxed as a Private HGV. Rest assured if anything has ever been needed it is done. ALWAYS STORED UNDERCOVER! The truck fires up first flick of the key and sounds incredible. That being said although I think its needs nothing mechanically it is sold WITHOUT warranty due to it being a classic and 30 years old!!! I simply do not use the truck anymore due to other commitments and will be more than sad to see it go. I am ABSOLUTELY NOT desperate to sell so please NO TIMEWASTERS!
