Cancelled appointment a few hours before scheduled saying one of his current clients wanted to change their time. Even when I previously said I would pay for initial introductory walk. Both my partner and I made a lot of schedule changes to suit the time Eric requested. My partner rushed back from work in the middle of the day to only have him confirm he was cancelling via email not even a text minute before appointment when we had already made our way to meeting spot. Completely unprofessional and unreliable - 2 most important things when considering handing over your loved pet to someone.

I am local to Erik and Zita and have been using their dog walking/ boarding service since January 2021. I have nothing but the greatest admiration for both of them because they have bent over backwards for me and my little troublemaker Oscar. Oscar adores them and has slept over several times without any problem. A few months ago I had to attend emergency services in the middle of the night. Erik and Zita came to pick up Oscar and offered to help with whatever I needed for the next few days. They could not have been more caring. I was very touched. They are always on time which is truly impressive because I was used to dog walkers who were always late. I really cannot recommend their service enough. They are just great human beings. Thank you both.
