Steve at 99 Problems is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I have worked with Steve to address my dog’s anxiety around vehicles. Whilst there is no silver bullet to this problem things are so much better for both my dog and me. Steve has a wonderfully kind technique and is a joy to work with. He always arrives on time is very flexible if appointments need to change. He is realistic about homework setting, appreciating our human busy lives. Steve at 99 Problems was absolutely amazing with not only our dog Arlo, but also us as dog owners. He listened to all our concerns and tailored a training program to suit our needs. He not only helped with training Arlo, but he also trained us in how to deal with him. He was very reassuring and I know he’s only at the other end of a phone if we need him again anytime. Steve was such a fountain of knowledge about dogs and their behaviour. He clearly loved his job and nothing was too much trouble. We are so thankful for him helping us with our new puppy and supporting our older dog who had anxiety issues about other dogs.

We had Steve come and give us three sessions to help manage the anxiety in my Shih Tzu, Rudy. Rudy's anxiety often led to reactive behaviors and biting in certain situations. He was also very possessive of his toys, to the point of guarding them and potentially reacting aggressively. Steve taught us simple yet effective techniques to manage Rudy's behavior and provided us with essential information on recognizing Rudy's body language. The work Steve did for us was exceptional. He went above and beyond, never clock-watching and always willing to put in extra time if needed. We received session feedback and guidance on prep work for our next sessions.
