We had an amazing experience with Zac! In just two sessions, we noticed remarkable improvement in our 4-month-old Poochon, Ray. Zac didn’t just train Ray—he also trained us. He patiently guided us on how to continue the practice at home, which made a huge difference. What I appreciated the most is how much Zac truly cares. We rescued our beagle 4 years ago, having lots of issues with him, resource guarding, reactive to dogs and people. Contacted Zac as dog behaviour needed addressing urgently due to biting. I sent my puppy to Zack for crate and house training. Within four days he had achieved this as well as training her on a lead and recall. He sent photos and videos and he treated her though she was his own. I couldn’t recommend him enough, he is absolutely amazing with dogs and is an all round honest, genuine person.

Zac was extremely helpful and gave us lots of guidance on how to crate train our puppy and how to try and prevent toileting in the crate. He was thorough and straight to the point, which is exactly what was needed for our feisty puppy.

I reached out to Zac on Easter Sunday via Bark.com, and within minutes, he contacted me to arrange a session that very afternoon. He spent an hour and a half with me and my Shih Tzu, Lennie. From the moment Zac arrived, he immediately put both of us at ease. He offered practical tips and thoroughly assessed my home and Lennie's setup. I had originally sought help for Lennie’s separation anxiety, but we quickly discovered that Lennie had a strong-willed personality and wasn’t keen on crate training. The day after our session, Zac followed up to check on my progress. When I mentioned I was struggling, I asked if Lennie could benefit from Board and Train with Zac. Zac took Lennie for 3 days and nights, and from the moment Lennie was with him, I received a steady stream of updates—photos, videos, and advice on how Lennie was adjusting. This constant communication was incredibly reassuring, and I learned so much in the process. When I picked Lennie up, I couldn’t believe the transformation. He was noticeably calmer and gradually getting more comfortable with both his large and small crates. While he’s still resistant to corrective action, his separation anxiety has significantly improved. Zac’s professionalism and expertise as a dog trainer are second to none. I’m beyond impressed and can’t recommend him highly enough. The investment in his services was absolutely the best decision I’ve made since bringing Lennie home.
