Description
My training is in a modern, professional environment in a 1:1 private space or online, whatever suits you.
I focus on 1:1 training and am very goal focused to give clients great and sustainable results whether that's toning, gaining strength or losing weight.
The facility I use is child friendly, so child care an issue, then no problem - bring them along.
I offer 1:1 face to face training or personalised training remotely if you are not in the Milton Keynes area.
