I’m Ruth, a Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Specialist, qualified to train people with special medical conditions.
I am dedicated to sharing my passion for health and fitness by helping people to realize the huge benefits of a healthy diet and regular exercise and to encourage them to go further with their fitness path than they ever thought possible.
Every client I work with receives a personal and dedicated approach to inspire and help them with their fitness goals.
I have the dedication, drive and patience to work with anyone who has the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle. I love helping people achieve life changing transformations that they never thought were possible. My dedication to doing what I love has helped me build a successful client base mainly through direct client referrals.
I am well trained in all aspects of fitness and nutrition and believe I have what it takes to inspire you to be the best you can be, both inside and out.
I have a fully equipped studio in Hellingly, but if you prefer I am happy to train you remotely.
