Description
If you're looking to lose weight or gain muscle, improve your fitness and health, or train for a specific event or goal as a Personal Trainer I can help.
Whatever your goals are I will make you a plan specifically for you and your needs as well as help coach and guide you through your journey of health and fitness.
As a professional personal trainer, I am CIMPSA registered level 4 personal trainer with life coaching and obesity and diabetes management. Before getting qualified as a personal trainer I completed 10 years in the British Army as an infantry soldier and if it's something you'd like I can include BootCamp style workouts and routines into your plan.
Applicants must be a minimum age of 16 years.
