I contacted Eddie with no idea of what I wanted just that I needed a new look to my property he was very prompt and professional he scheduled a time and date to come to my property with free advice in which he provided some amazing ideas i chose to go for the resin bond with a brick edge for my driveway in which I’m always be complimented on I also Chose the Indian sand stone slabs for my patio I can’t recommend Eddie and his team Enough thank you so much what a fantastic company

Strong warning ⚠️ PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE HIRING THIS PERSON I hired this person through Bark to carry out work on my driveway, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. What I was promised and what I actually received were two very different things. I have since discovered serious concerns regarding the business details I was given, including the fact that I have been unable to verify that the company is currently operating as represented or that the work was properly insured. Please do your own checks before handing over any money. The workmanship was extremely poor. Within just one week, bricks on the driveway had already started coming loose. From what I have been told by others who have inspected the work, the correct amount of jointing sand was not used between the bricks. The problems don't stop there: ❌ The wall that was built is not straight and is visibly uneven. ❌ Old concrete that was supposed to be removed was simply left in place. ❌ Building waste and rubble were apparently buried in my green area. I only discovered this later when I started digging to plant. ❌ The bricks around the edges were not properly secured with the appropriate concrete foundation/bonding method and, instead, sand appears to have been used to save time and cost. ❌ The overall standard of the work is far below what I expected and what I paid for. I have tried to resolve this properly and contacted Bark, as this is where I found and hired the contractor. Unfortunately, despite raising my concerns, I have not been able to get the situation resolved. I have also tried contacting the contractor directly, but his phone and other contact details are now unavailable, and I have been unable to get a response. The worst part is that I am now having to pay additional money to have the work inspected, corrected and finished properly. I am posting this simply as a warning to anyone considering hiring this person: PLEASE DO YOUR OWN CHECKS. Don't rely solely on a platform saying that a professional has been "verified". Check that the company actually exists, check insurance, ask for proper documentation, check previous work and, most importantly, don't assume that everything is as it appears. I made the mistake of trusting the process, and I am now paying the price for it. Please learn from my experience and do your checks before hiring.
