Francis responded promptly to my request, came to view the garden again promptly, and quoted a reasonable price for the amount of work involved. The garden was very overgrown. The garden front and back looks so much better, a really good job done All garden waste removed as well. I’m very pleased with the work Francis and his team did.

On contacting 121 Home Improvements for fence instalment & garden work the job was promptly viewed and a competitive price given, being able to complete both requests at short notice. Francis and John proved to be very reliable, excellent time keeping and communication skills. The exact specification of fence type and shade was sourced to perfection. On installation attention to detail could not be faulted. A neglected extremely tall tree was significantly cut and carefully shaped. Additionally Francis ensured before leaving all was left clean and tidy, so I had little to do but place my garden ornaments back in situ. Extremely impressed and will have no hesitation in recommending & hiring 121 Home Improvements in the future.
