I submitted a request through Bark, and Francis got in touch quickly and arranged to come out and provide a quote. He took the time to explain a couple of different options and gave me all the information I needed without applying any pressure, allowing me to make the decision in my own time. Later that day, I let him know which option I wanted to go ahead with, and he promptly got started on the work. The end result is fantastic – the garden looks great, and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I genuinely couldn't recommend Francis highly enough. Not only is he highly skilled and professional, but he's also an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thanks again for all your hard work, Francis. On contacting 121 Home Improvements for fence instalment & garden work the job was promptly viewed and a competitive price given, being able to complete both requests at short notice. Francis and John proved to be very reliable, excellent time keeping and communication skills. The exact specification of fence type and shade was sourced to perfection. On installation attention to detail could not be faulted. A neglected extremely tall tree was significantly cut and carefully shaped. Additionally Francis ensured before leaving all was left clean and tidy, so I had little to do but place my garden ornaments back in situ. Extremely impressed and will have no hesitation in recommending & hiring 121 Home Improvements in the future.

Francis responded promptly to my request, came to view the garden again promptly, and quoted a reasonable price for the amount of work involved. The garden was very overgrown. The garden front and back looks so much better, a really good job done All garden waste removed as well. I’m very pleased with the work Francis and his team did.

I called 121 Home Improvements & Landscaping as I needed some Painting and pointing doing to the outside of my house, the guys came out quoted me and carried out the works to an excellent standard at a reasonable price, I would happily recommend them to anyone wishing to use there services.
