Do not touch these people with a bargepole. They installed a treatment plant in 2020. Average price, average quality work, so no real complains there. However, they never mentioned at the time of quoting that Building Regs were required, and I never thought to ask, as it was replacing a leaky old style septic tank. I only found out when I came to sell my house. I tried contacting them, as they'd said if there were any problems to get in touch, and despite 20+ emails and phone calls - no response. When I looked into and became an expert on BRs, I realised that because they don't have anyone on a "competent people" list, they can't apply for them. So I had to organise and pay for a retrospective BR certificate myself.Overnight, their job had gone from "average price" to "expensive". Furthermore, the BR inspection failed because of their shoddy and unstatisfactory electrical connection work. So I had to find a competent electrician to put it right - more money. Their job had then become "very expensive". Not only would I never recommend this company, I now make a point of telling everyone to avoid them in the first place.
