Are you a new mum who could use some calm, practical support at home during those early weeks?

I offer gentle mother’s help and postnatal support, focused on helping you rest, recover, and feel supported while adjusting to life with your baby.

Support can include:

Support with meal prep for busy mums — keeping you healthy while caring for your little ones

Washing dishes & light kitchen tidy

Washing, folding & organising baby clothes

Help with laundry

Breastfeeding support and encouragement

Bottle prep support

Tidying baby areas

Holding or settling baby so mum can rest

Emotional support and a listening, non-judgmental presence

I’m happy to help mums take some time for themselves, whether that’s going to the gym, getting their hair or nails done, or attending appointments — only if you feel comfortable.


Support is always tailored to what you need on the day — there’s no pressure to “do” anything. I am there to help, not take over.


About me:


I am a warm, reliable, and caring individual with a strong interest in maternal wellbeing. I have completed Access to Midwifery studies, and part undergrad course in Midwifery giving me a solid understanding of pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care, and I have hospital experience and knowledge of occupational health. As a mother myself, I understand the support busy families need.


I am calm, respectful, and supportive by nature, and I aim to create a peaceful, reassuring environment in your home. I understand how vulnerable and overwhelming the postnatal period can feel and believe mothers deserve real, hands-on support.


Additional details:

Full UK driving licence

Eligible to work in the UK

Educated to degree level

Based in London



Availability:

Flexible daytime support

Short-term or ongoing arrangements welcome



Rates:

Rates: £20–£25 per hour (depending on service/requirements)


Babysitting also available for short or long periods
