Description
Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in Bolton, that is seeking a skilled litigator to join their expanding Credit Hire team. Role: RTA Credit Hire Litigator
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000per annum
Location: Bolton
Key Requirements of the Role:
Manage a caseload of litigated RTA Credit Hire claims from inception to trial.
Conduct negotiations and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Attend court hearings and case management conferences as required.Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing a litigated RTA caseload, with a focus on Credit Hire.
Strong knowledge of the CPR and relevant case law.
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.The Benefits:
