Description
Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a forward-thinking Local Authority, based in Somerset, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their legal services team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled legal professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services within the public sector.
Role: Litigation Lawyer – Housing & Disrepair
Location: Somerset – hybrid
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Umbrella Rate: £55 - £60ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £48.41 - £52.76ph
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of housing litigation matters, with a particular focus on disrepair claims.
Undertaking possession proceedings from start to finish.
Conducting your own advocacy in court as required.About You:
A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX with proven post-qualification experience in housing litigation.
Strong track record of managing disrepair cases and possession claims.
Confident advocate with the ability to appear in court independently.Benefits:
Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
