Description
A leading law firm based in Wolverhampton is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal / Assistant to join a busy, fast paced Conveyancing team. This firm offers excellent career prospects and further training within a well established team.
The role will include:
* Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
* Managing Land Registry applications and requisitions
* Monitoring post completion deadlines and checklists
* Reviewing completion documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Updating case management systems
* Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and managing agents
You will have some experience within conveyancing or post completion work and a strong interest in residential property law.
The Paralegal must have:
* At least 6 months' experience in conveyancing or post completion xjnqpsq work
* Experience or exposure to SDLT and Land Registry processes (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisation and ability to manage deadlines
