Description
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East of England who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team.
The role can be offered on a fully remote basis aside from IT collection on the first day.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with minimal supervision
- Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters inclusive of the IT category
- Have prior experience drafting funding and service level agreements
- Be familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act.
