Description
"Crossing the Sahara": I was drawn to paint this scene by the beauty and majesty of the sand dunes stretching for miles into the distance, and how they dwarf the caravan of camels and their drivers. At the same time, it depicts the enterprise of man, able to negotiate his way through this hostile landscape.
Oil on boxed canvas 20 inches x 16 inches (50 x 40 cm). Includes cord for wall-hanging.
All proceeds of the sale of this painting will go towards fundraising for Paisley Opera Community Chorus.
