- external,internal, ..... sorry don't have much experience in wallpapering. No problem removing an old wallpaper and making walls nice
- fixing holes,cracks, partial plastering( up to 1 square meter) whatever is necessary to make the place looking good
I can do from low to great finish it's all about how long is going to take, painting isn't as simple or easy as you think and does not happen in seconds,try doing it yourself and you'll see

Working area within 10-15 miles

- day rate £160 ( materials not included)
- minimum charge £160, so if you have something that will take less then a day I'll still have to charge you for a whole day

-working time 9am-5pm with one hour lunch break 12-1pm( doesn't matter that I work 7 hours the question is can you find anyone who doesn't work on price per job ONLY)
If necessary to work overtime every extra hour is still £22,,85

I offer a day rate only because I'm not driving ( a bit inconvenient to supply ladder and materials)

I understand everyone wants to know exactly how much have to pay for a particular job.If you like I could price the job and supply everything necessary for it. But in this case my day rate most likely will go a bit over £160 ( about 170) because is practically impossible to predict how long will take to the last hour. That why when tradesmen pricing a job raise the price a bit to protect themselves if something takes longer than expected.

THE DIFFERENCE between day rate and price work is this: on day rate I start 9am and do as much as I can till 5pm.If you looking for a fixed price I'll be happy to provide one.

Hope people understand exactly what I'm offering.An experienced decorator taking care of everything like supplying materials when pricing a job will go after at least £250 a day(if you live in central London or some of the more expensive areas will be more than that).You can check that for yourselfs.

Please have in mind on photos and videos I could only tell you roughly how long is going to take.If you like me to price the job best option is to meet at the property and discuss what needs doing because everything matters like what brand and colour of paint will be used. If you are planning to use Silk type of paint please consider using another type of finish because no one can deliver good result with that paint
