Vineyard Project in Sardinia – Looking for Business Partner / Investor

Description

I’ve secured access to a 5-hectare sea view vineyard in Sardinia (Italy), and I’m looking for a business partner or investor to develop a boutique wine project targeting the international market (especially the UK).

The land is already planted but needs to be fully replanted, so we can even choose the grape together, but I am incline to go for the only DOGC in Sardinia: the fantastic Vermentino di Gallura. "Right of plant" a vineyard are essential in Italy, and we have plenty of them.
I have secured a 15-year+ lease, more than enough to recover the investment, water access, a farmhouse, equipment.
First production is expected in 3 years and after the 5th we are litterlay flying.
We expect to obtain help from Sardinia Regional Government through the EU community will bring funds on the table once the project is done and also once the business has started.

My role is to manage local relationships, land access, and marketing. I’ll be on-site part-time but can coordinate operations and partners. I personally own 50 hectares (100acres) of land that is currently managed by using subcontractors and tenants, but I would like to explore the wine market together with one partner or more, as this vineyard could become a D.O.C.G.

I’m looking for someone with capital (around £50K over 3 years) and ideally an interest in wine, agribusiness, or export markets. Winemaking or distribution skills are welcome, but not required. Money a mainly necessary to buy the "cuttings" ( i suppose between 18K and 20K) poles and wire, machinery and labour.
