Rare 1991 Land Rover Defender 110 3.9 Lt Turbo Diesel Military 6X6, Perentie GM Australia restored.
Recently imported and possibly the only specimen available on the European continent. Ex Army Go-anywhere vehicle. Simple reliable engineering that can be fixed pretty much anywhere on Planet Earth and beyond.

General Maintenance model with 3 sides opening cargo area offering a 260 degrees panoramic view (most versatile and sought after version). Only 185 were made in this configuration with possibly less than half that still standing today. These were delivered to the Australian Army for AU$250,000 a piece back in 1990 ($600,000 in today’s money). Most have seen very little use and went through thorough regular maintenance during their service life.
Gearbox was recently rebuilt, heavy-duty clutch, new Transfer Case, break system overhaul, paintwork recent… engine goes like a teenager.!
- Fitted from Factory with most reliable 3.9lt 4BD1T Isuzu Turbo Diesel Engine, Power steering, 4 spd Manual gearbox. Full time 4x4 and 6x6 on demand to tackle the toughest of terrains. These are 20cm wider than a normal Defender 110 to accommodate seating for 3 persons at the front.
