Mitsubishi l200 elegance DI-D automatic - no vat

Hear you'll find my mitsubishi l200 that I have owned for the last 6 years, only selling due to changing to a ulez compliant truck.
It's a mitsubishi l200 in silver 2007 automatic desiel with 175k approx millage. Has all the usual 'toys' the ellegence is known for including full leather interior, heated seats, power assisted adjustment on the driver's seat and internal media centre with radio, CD, sat nav, Bluetooth etc was discribed as a parrot system when I purchased the truck.
All works needed have been completed with receipts for parts etc, since ownership she's had a full service annually and all fluids changed in the first year, 2 new rear leaf springs, new starter motor, upgraded air intake, full break system replaced/upgraded including new break pads, calipers, disks, drums, brushes, both hard and soft break lines, wheel bearings and ball joints, new snatch release cable for the bonnet, new battery in the last 12 months, fully undersealed, new radiator and new cam belt and water pump just before 141k miles so still plenty of life left.
I've just put a 12 month mot on with no advisorys.
Unfortunately as an 18 year old vehicle she does have some bad points mainly being a rip in the divers seat, some dings and dents as she's been a working vehicle and the reverse camera is currently not working.
Currently has a hard top (sports model) on which will be included in the sale unfortunately this top is in need of a respray and the lock needs replacing - only not done as they get broke too easily and I've never found them secure.
