Honda XL 250 R trail motorcycle motorbike vintage classic.

Description

I am selling my Honda XL 250 R 1982 which is in great condition.
I purchased the bike in January 2003 and was told by the previous owner that the bike was imported in 2000 and then restored; therefore this is the date of first registration on the log book.
There is a historic vehicle certificate from Honda UK stating the year of manufacture is 1982 and the engine and frame numbers are correct proving it is a genuine bike.
It is now registered as an historic vehicle therefore MOT and Tax exempt.
The bike has had new tyres and a new battery fitted last week. There are two sets of keys.
Everything works as it should however the horn hasn’t worked for a while. Before it stopped working it worked intermittently.
There are numerous spare parts and lots of paperwork / receipts from the restoration. The log book is in my name.
The bike can be viewed in Darlington but I will need notice as it’s kept in a different location.
You will need to show insurance to test ride it.
