Description
For sale is a stunning rebuilt , Erard Yellow Gothic semi grand 46 string pedal harp.
In the gothic style with 10 wire bass strings and 46 strings overall - 7th C to above 1st Octave F Serial number 5568.
Made by Erard in 1824 for retail on Bond Street and sold to J. H. Brymer, Dorchester, Esq.
Later bought in 1854 by Lady L. L. Yorke Countess of Hardwick.
Having had a full rebuild inc a brand new burr maple soundboard and a brand new neck.
And just had a full set of brand new low tension wire and gut strings from the Harp studio.
The harp is like new . The best of both worlds having the look of an antique recency gothic harp but also the usability and modern materials of a new harp.
Comes with brand new cover .
